This pot is big enough to swim in!
Absolutely love this large Staub dutch oven. Yesterday I cooked a 15 pound fresh pork shoulder roast with plenty of room for potatoes and carrots. Once a week I use it for making a 4kg boule of artisan bread. The lid fits securely, sealing in the moisture creating a nice steamy environment for baking large boules of bread. Just be aware, if you have this puppy loaded with a pot roast, potatoes, carrots and liquid, it will weigh 25-30 lbs. A great way to get a workout and cook at the same time.
