A perfect pot for cooking vegetables
After using heavier pots for braising and sauces, I picked Lynns Mercury dutch oven as the other pot, which is perfect for cooking potatoes and other vegetables. It is nice looking and, if you want it to keep it looking this way, please do not put it in the dishwasher.
