Good quality pan and press
This comes with two recipes on the box, and two in the seasoning package. It comes with a seasoning package and pepper pattern fabric pot handle cover. Assembly required, you have to screw the handle on to the press. The size of the pan is not big enough to make more than one sandwich at a time or one burger but great for smaller pieces of chicken and for grilling veggies. Good for one person for the advertised use as a panini press but as with all cast iron it can be used for anything you want. I'm looking forward to using the press as a bacon press also. Cast iron is also metal utensil friendly and non stick once seasoned. It is heavy and the handles will be HOT when cooking but the even heat and easy cleanup make it totally worth it.
