Not the greatest
Needed a new pan for crepes that would work on induction cooktop. Looked at several and settled on this one for the size and the price. Does the job adequately. Takes a long time to get pan up to the proper temperature to cook the crepes. Other pans/skillets I use(primarily All-Clad)heat up and retain heat faster and more efficiently.
A Great Frying Pan From Cuisinox
This pan is perfect for making omlettes. Easy to scoop out of the shallow pan and they cook quickly as well. I am delighted with this product. I expected nothing less from Cuisinox.
