Good nonstick, thermolon lasts unlike some others
Purchased this saucepan over a year ago. Made mac and cheese with it the other day and it seems to be as non-stick as when we received it, unlike the large Henckels thermolon fry pan that we have. The pan has a very nice look, and cleans super easily. The build quality is really good, and the heft of it reminds me of some of my All-Clad pans. Nice comfortable handle, and well balanced. Haven't tried induction or gas, but works great on a smoothtop electric. I'm currently looking at buying some more pieces from this line.
