Incredible pan
The quality of the Affinity french made pots is super high, comparable to the best All-Clad stainless. It's made of seven layers of aluminum and stainless steel and is optimized for induction. The pot gets hot very fast and the heat is distributed very evenly, and it doesn't stick at all. Although expensive, I'm very satisfied with the Affinity line of products. This is professional quality at its best.
